Introduction | How to Play GO | Where to Play GO | GO Equipment

Welcome to NHGO.us. Whether you are an experienced player or new to the game, we hope to provide you with useful links and interesting information about the world of GO.

GO has been around for over 4000 years, and is included as one of "The Four Great Games" along with the three most celebrated versions of chess, Shogi (Japanese Chess), Xiang-qi (Chinese Chess), and of course Western Chess. Players fond of Othello (Reversi) or Pente (or Go-Moku) will surely find GO enjoyable as well.

A game of GO begins with the placement of one stone, and so this site begins with a few pages and alot of links. We encourage you to help us make nhgo.us a useful resource for GO players everywhere. If you know of any websites that are GO related, or if you have anything to contribute to the site yourself, please email us at admin@nhgo.us. We're looking for articles, book reviews, information on events, etc... if it's GO related, we want to, at the very least, point at it.
